Spinning Your Self-Sabotage Away
Here are the steps I did for the spinning away of recurring body pain or any negative feeling that you want Subconscious Intelligence to tell you the message behind the pain. Just follow and be amazed.
1. Locate the pain in your body that is recurring or from a negative feeling caused by a negative event. What is the intensity from a scale of 1-10 (10 is highest.)
2. Touch the location of the pain in your body; close your eyes and the first thought of the color of the pain.
3. Imagine being able to grab all that color of the pain in your body and bring it out in front of you.
4. Release your grip and let the color float in-front of you. Is the color still the same or different? What is the shape that you see of this color; a circle, square, oblong, etc.?
5. Bring your hand inside this object and feel around it until you start to notice a certain event in your life that it reminds you. Sometimes this takes time so keep on until the memory comes. (Note S.H.I.T. is a technical term called Secret History Influencing Trauma and in Tagalog is called “HUGOT” ☺)
6. Notice the size of the picture of the memory you see. Trace the size of the picture with both your hands.
7. Imagine an invisible pen in your hand and write across this picture and ask your subconscious to learn from this event. You do not need to consciously know what you learned. Just keep writing and stop when you feel satisfied you’ve learned.
8. Grab the picture with both hands. If its colored make it black and white then make the picture smaller as you bring your hand together. Throw the small picture behind you.
9. Notice a new color and/or shape that is now in front of you. Whatever is the first thought is what it is. Notice it is also spinning in a certain way; clockwise or counter-clockwise. It may be spinning sideways or towards you or away from you.
10. Grab the object with both hands and let it spin faster in the direction that you feel better. Intensify the spin until you feel it is unstoppable and then slam it back in the same location where you felt the body pain.
11. What is the intensity now of the body pain? If there is still some intensity, repeat step 2 to 9 until intensity is now zero.
