Marylen Ramos-Velasco is the Founder and CEO of Customized Training Solutions (CTS) Pte. Ltd. – ‘Asia's Most Trusted Customized Solutions Provider’. She has extensive years of experience in sales & marketing, customer service, events management, operations and training production.
Prior to CTS, she worked as a Senior Training Producer with PetroSync and handled categories in Petrophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Economics/Finance, Cost Engineering/Project Management, Human Resources and more. She also worked with TPGI, as sales executive with corporate accounts and financials as her major market for both training and summits.
Before that, she has worked with Sofitel Philippine Plaza (managed by Accor), Traders Hotel (managed by Shangri La Group) and resorts managed by leading hotel operators in various roles.
She had successfully handled major events from multinational companies like Bayer, Chevron, Citi, Coca-Cola, Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young, Isuzu, L'Oreal, Nestle, Novartis, Procter & Gamble, Sanofi Aventis, Unilever, Manulife and more.
Marylen also handled VIP events for Government agencies like the Senate of the Philippines, Department of Labor and Employment, Bureau of Immigration, League of Municipalities, Development Academy of the Philippines, Office of the Presidential Advisers on the Peace Process and more.
With her gift of leadership and strength in partnership to drive clarity and change. She is living her purpose to make life easier for others. Her solutions include but are not limited to training, coaching and consulting for leaders and organizations. While she helps trainers, coaches, speakers and consultants on personal branding, sales and marketing services.
She recently pivoted to speaking, facilitating virtual summits, webinars, training, masterminds and gamification. Her clients include PETRONAS, Ayala Corporation, Sapura Energy, Sony Mobile, Shell, etc.
Her goal is to be able to serve and provide revolutionary solutions to clients towards holistic and impactful transformation that leads to sustainable business success. Being result driven, customer centric and passionate about what she does, Marylen and her team of experts created outcomes after outcomes to customers.
Through her career, Marylen strives to make a positive impact on the industries and the lives of the people she worked with. She is a successful working mother and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Marylen received a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
