Before CTS, she was a Senior Training Producer with PetroSync. Drive varied programs in Petrophysics, Petroleum Economics, Finance, Cost Engineering, Project Management, HR. Worked with TPGI in sales with corporate accounts and financial as major market.
Worked in various roles with Sofitel Philippine Plaza (Accor), Traders Hotel (Shangri-La) & resorts.
Manage major events for multinational companies such as Bayer, Chevron, Citi, Coca-Cola, Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young, Isuzu, L'Oreal, Nestle, Novartis, Procter & Gamble, Sanofi Aventis, Unilever, Manulife and more.
Marylen also handled VIP events for Government agencies like the Senate of the Philippines, Department of Labor and Employment, Bureau of Immigration, League of Municipalities, Development Academy of the Philippines, Office of the Presidential Advisers on the Peace Process and more.
