Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions of Customized Training Solutions Pte Ltd

Customized Training Solutions Pte. Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your website use, event registration, ticket purchases, and participation in our training programs, workshops, seminars, and events (collectively, "Services").

By registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

​

  • Registration Data: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Confirmation: Your spot at an event or training session is only guaranteed once we issue a formal registration confirmation email.

  • Lead Time: Registrations should be made 3-4 weeks prior to training date for in-person (especially for progrmas which requires International Trainers/Facilitators) and 3 days prior for online

  • Payment Terms: All fees for training and events must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late Fee: Delayed payments are subject to Administrative fee of 1.5% per month or $50 whichever is higher.

  • Tax and Bank Charges: All rates are subject, exlusive or not including taxes and bank charges.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

​

  • Participant Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event start date are eligible for a full/partial refund, minus an administrative fee of 10%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

  • Substitutions: You may substitute a colleague to attend in your place at any time before the event begins at no extra charge, provided you notify us in writing 3 days before.

  • Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the format (e.g., moving from in-person to virtual) of any event due to low enrollment, speaker unavailability, or Force Majeure. If we cancel an event entirely, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future event, but we are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

  • Changes and Alterations : Please note that trainers/speakers, location and topics were confirmed at time of publishing, however, CTS may necessitate substitution, alterations or cancellations. CTS reserves the right to change or cancel any part of its published programmed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Force Majeure: Should for any reason outside the control of CTS, the trainer changes his dates or event cancels due to the act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, industrial action or epidemic, CTS shall reserve the rights to replace the trainer or reschedule the event but the client hereby indemnifies and holds CTS harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, which are incurred by the client.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Ownership: All training materials, presentations, digital downloads, videos, worksheets, and hand-outs provided during our Services are the intellectual property of the Company, trainers or its licensors.

  • Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your individual professional development. You may not record audio/video of sessions, replicate, distribute, or resell our materials without explicit written consent.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT AND ATTENDANCE

  • Behavioral Standards: We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a training session or event without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.

  • Virtual Events: For online training, you are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible hardware.

 

AUDIO AND VISUAL RECORDING RELEASE

  • Media Capture: By attending our events, you acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings, and video footage may be taken by the Company particularly for public programs and free events.

  • Consent to Use: You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image, voice, and likeness in promotional and marketing materials across any media format. If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing before the event starts.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • No Guarantees: Our training programs are for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, financial gains, or certification pass rates resulting from attendance.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific event or training program in question.

 

GOVERNING LAW


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
