Software Development ) who want to be armed with accessible, adaptable Agile know-how(s) and focuses on equipping them with the knowledge to deliver Agile Projects in organizations requiring NOT only Standards but rigor, visibility around Project Management and be able to offer alternatives to waterfall, or traditional sequential development.

Agile is Not a methodology - The Agile movement seeks alternatives to traditional project management.   • Agile originated in the IT / Software Development sectors. However, agile has grown in popularity throughout all industries as a way to efficiently manage projects with potentially changing requirements.

  • Scrum is a form of Agile. Other forms include Crystal, FDD, XP and DSDM, so get ready as your instructor will cover as many as of these forms of Agile during this 2 days course if time permits.

  • Certification is a great advantage for agile project manager, but not essential. This course is tailored in response to a demand for non-certified agile training option.

  1. Minimum 2 years Project / General People Management experience

  2. Minimum 1 Year working on Project teams with PMI or any agile methodologies. This requirement is in addition to the first point.
